Scaling Brand Consistency

  At Ansira, I had the opportunity to manage key client relationships for some of the world’s most recognized automotive and lifestyle brands, including Infiniti, Mercedes-Benz, and Harley-Davidson. In this role, I led cross-functional teams to ensure that local retailer advertising consistently aligned with corporate brand standards which is no small feat when working across a large and diverse network.

One of my proudest accomplishments was redesigning brand guidelines to make them more accessible and actionable for retailers. This change not only reduced brand violations but also significantly improved ad approval rates, making the overall program more effective and easier for local teams to navigate.

I served as the main point of contact for our clients, driving collaborative communication and ensuring our internal teams were aligned with their goals. By empowering retailers to execute high-impact, brand-consistent local campaigns, we helped strengthen overall brand equity and build lasting value for both corporate stakeholders and their retail partners.
